Hydraulic-cylinder assembly lines
Automatic and semi-automatic lines for the hydraulic cylinders of excavators, concrete pump trucks, truck cranes and mining roof supports — from piston-rod sub-assembly to final assembly and shipping tests. Horizontal cylinder loading, multi-station flow and automatic transfer units reduce operator load and quality variation at the same time.
Hydraulic-equipment assembly lines
Automatic and semi-automatic lines for hydraulic components. Press-fitting, tightening, measuring and transfer are built as stand-alone stations, so they can be added to existing lines or automated step by step.
Air-conditioner compressor assembly lines
Final assembly lines for scroll and piston compressors: automatic piston and connecting-rod feeding, oil filling and weighing, main-shaft bolt tightening, clearance measurement and suction/discharge performance testing in one line.
Special-purpose machines and fixtures
Press-fit machines, servo torque-controlled tightening machines, cleaning machines, welders, inverters, rotary grippers and other non-standard machines, plus jigs and fixtures.
